At Friendly Captcha we're looking for an integrations engineer to join our team.
In a nutshell, the role is about make integrating Friendly Captcha as easy and straightforward as possible for our customers.
The ways Friendly Captcha is integrated varies greatly, and we want the experience to great for everyone, ranging from those who write a custom integration, those who use a plug-and-play plugin for their platform.
The Goal
We aim to be the obvious choice for bot protection that just works.
We want to remove barriers to help our customers set up Friendly Captcha in a way that protects their website with the least end-user harm. You will play an important role in that.
Responsibilities
Develop and improve our open source plugins, SDKs and integrations for various platforms, frameworks and programming languages.
Perfect our documentation, guides, and examples.
Engage with external contributors, and empower them to develop their own integrations on our APIs.
Improve the developer experience, our technical support, and awareness.
There is a social component to this role: feedback from outside customers that integrate Friendly Captcha into their own product is important. And if they struggle - let's think about how we can prevent that in the future.
About You
The following are traits that may be used to describe you, not hard requirements:
You are a contributor to open source projects, or have worked in a company that targeted a technical (developer) audience.
You know your way around web APIs.
You are productive in multiple programming languages, and you enjoy learning new ones.
You are a good written communicator, and you care about good documentation.
You enjoy wearing a developer relations (DevRel) hat every now and then.
